Willa Cather Sesquicentennial Celebration at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books

Join us at the Los Angeles Festival of Books on Saturday, April 22, for a Willa Cather Sesquicentennial Celebration!
It will take place on the Poetry Stage, from 5:40-6:00 p.m. at the University of Southern California campus.
A sampling of readings will be presented by National Willa Cather Center board of governors member, and Los Angeles resident, Peter Cipkowski. This is a FREE event that is part of the Los Angeles Times Book Festival.
He will be joined by Linda Bisesti, a SAG-AFTRA, AEA actor, director, and voice and accent coach. Her regional credits include performances at the Laguna Playhouse and at regional Shakespeare productions. Television and film credits include a recurring role on The Conners, How to Get Away with Murder, and Monk. Bisesti also received the Backstage Award for Best Comic Performance for Inspecting Carol at the Laguna Playhouse.
Matthew Reidy is a SAG-AFTRA, AEA actor and writer. His numerous theatrical credits include performances at the Laguna Playhouse and Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts. Television and film credits include Transparent and The Aviator, among others. He also received a Backstage Award for Best Comic Performance for playing Ken Gorman in Neil Simon's Rumors.
