Auditorium & Upper Lobby
- Auditorium and Lobby: $500
Table seating for 155; theater seating for 250
- Lobby only: $150
Limited seating only
- Set-up fee: $75
- Clean-up fee: $75
- Professional projection and microphone - $30
- Piano use, includes tuning - $220
- Theatre lighting - $30
Includes ONE static set-up - A/V Tech - $35/hour
Tech services include changing lighting during event, changing inputs, sound mixing, and troubleshooting

Not available during NWCC business hours; lighting, projection, and piano usage are NOT available in the gallery.

Table seating for up to 49 - 50 to 95 guests - $250
Theater seating or pub tables available - Clean & Set-up fee: $75
Kitchen
- Use of kitchen: $50
Warm and hold only, not inspected for food preparation, limited capacity - Coffee percolators: $10/each

Bar & Concessions
The Red Cloud Opera House is happy to open our bar/concessions for your event and will work with you if you have any special requests. Please note that no outside alcohol may be brought into the Red Cloud Opera House.
Use of Facility for Performances
- Red Cloud Public Schools: $75 janitorial fee per half day
Students must be supervised at all times - One free rehearsal - Non-Profit Fee: 20% of gross ticket sales or $150 per event, whichever is greater. One free rehearsal.
Disclaimers:
The Red Cloud Opera House reserves the right to refuse bookings.
Deposits are required at the time of signing to hold bookings. If a deposit is not paid within 14 days of signing agreement, the RCOH will, at their sole discretion, cancel the booking.
All fees are payable in full at least 14 days in advance of the rental.
All RCOH rental events must conclude by 12:30 a.m. $100/hour will be charged thereafter.
Renter may pay their final bill from Security Deposit or choose another method of payment.
