Willa Cather Country Tour & Seasonal Pairings

We're pairing with our local wine bar, On the Brix, to bring you a special autumn afternoon on the prairie! Take a guided bus tour of seven sites related to My Ántonia, with executive director Ashley Olson. You'll enjoy a tranquil ride through scenic countryside along the Divide as you hear the history and stories of the places related to Cather's classic novel. Take a peek inside the recently restored Pavelka Farmstead and learn about future plans for the site. Along the way, we'll enjoy three special drinks and tasty morsels.

Tickets include:

• Bus transportation
• Guided tour of seven locations related to My Ántonia
• Three pairings of seasonal drinks and small bites
• A commemorative edition of My Ántonia

Please note: This tour is limited to 30 people and will take place primarily outdoors. In accordance with CDC recommendations for areas with substantial spread of COVID-19, masks are required inside the National Willa Cather Center and while on the tour bus. In the event of inclement weather or public health concerns, participants will be offered a refund, or a ticket for a rescheduled date.
