On November 17 the Willa Cather Book Club will meet to discuss Laughing Boy by Oliver LaFarge. Awarded Pulitzer for the Novel in 1930, Laughing Boy follows a young Navajo man negotiating his native culture within the rapid changes of the larger American society in 1915. There are two meeting times available; 4:00 p.m. at Cherry Corner Estates and 6:30 at the Cather Second Home.
