Rental Fee Structure Fees are subject to change. Auditorium & Lobby Seating Limit ~ 180 ~ $100 Lobby only $50 Technical System Sound, lighting, video projection, & piano set-up & operation ~ $75

• $100 ~ (50 - 95 guests)
• $75 ~ (25 - 50 guests)
• $50 ~ (up to 25 guests)
• $25 ~ (meeting area only)

Kitchen ~ $25 Set-up Fee ~ $50

Bar & Concessions

No alcohol is allowed to be brought into our facility, but we would be glad
to open our bar/concessions. Pricing: Mixed drinks $3, Wine $3, Beer $2,
Soda $1, Water $1, & Popcorn $.50 ~ Specialty wines, brews, mixed drinks,
and champagne may be ordered in advance.

Performance/Events

• Red Cloud Public Schools ~ $25 Janitorial Fee per half day
  Students must be supervised at all times ~ One free rehearsal
• Non-Profit 20% of gross ticket sales or $150 per event, whichever is greater
  One free rehearsal
